Carjacking in Kansas City - Suspects Still Missing

On Wednesday night, a man told law enforcement in Kansas City that a woman and two men stole his car while he was at a gas station.  The man claimed that he was held at gunpoint until the suspects took his motor vehicle.

The victim, a 29 year old, told police that he was at Inner City Oil, which is on 59th Street and Swope Parkway.  At around 10:00 PM, he saw a black Hyundai pull up to the pump that was next to him.  A woman exited the Hyundai and pretended to pump gas while the two men remained inside of the car.

Shortly after the woman started "pumping gas", one of the men got out of the Hyundai and pointed a gun at the victim.  The gunman ordered the victim to surrender his Dodge Charger.

Once he obtained possession of the vehicle, the gunman drove off in the Charger while the two other suspects drove off in the Hyundai.

Police are currently searching for the suspects and asking the public to call them if they have any information pertaining to the suspects or the carjacking.
