Police Arrest Fast Food Worker in Arizona for Credit Card Theft

In Gilbert, Arizona, police recently arrested a KFC employee after she was suspected of stealing a customer's credit card number and fraudulently using the card along with her boyfriend. 

The employee, 21 year old Melissa Kess, was arrested in her home this past Monday.  Police report that she was suspected of stealing the credit card number over a month ago while working at the KFC on Cooper and Warner roads. 

The girl's boyfriend, 20 year old Shawn Shea, was also place under arrest for theft.  The couple allegedly used the card to make several purchases over the course of a few weeks. 

When police went to arrest Kess, they searched her home after obtaining a search warrant and they report that they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia within the residence. 

The couple is now facing several criminal charges including credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and drug possession.
