Man Investigated for Forgery in Florida

In Pinellas, Florida, a man is being investigated for forgery.  Police say the man was released from jail after he forged and filed a court document.

In August, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested 44 year old Nydeed Nashaddai after he allegedly stole and cashed checks.  In October, Nashaddai was released from jail after someone filed a court document that looked legitimate with the Pinella's County Circuit Court Clerk's Office.  The document had the signature of a judge from St. Petersburg, Florida.

After the document was filed, Nashaddai was released from jail and an automated call was made to his victim, David Tomlinsin, informing him that Nashaddai was being let out of jail.
When Tomlinson received the message, he became suspicious and contact local authorities.  They then discovered that the document had been forged.  Nashaddai was arrested one day after being released and he was charged with escaping custody.

Police believe that he was working with an accomplice outside of jail.
