Actor Chris Klein Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges

This week, actor Chris Klein pled not guilty to two misdemeanor DUI counts.  His DUI charges resulted from an arrest on June 16th on the Westbound Ventura 101 Freeway.

The actor, who is 30 years of age, was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of 0.08%.  In 2005, Klein was convicted for misdemeanor DUI in San Diego County.

If he is convicted, Klein with face up to a year of jail time.  However, Frank Mateljan of the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office says that the actor could face as little as four days in jail.

Klein is most known for playing Oz in the "American Pie" movies.
