The Metro Transit Police in Washington are investigating the claims that a woman has made against a driver who she reports sexually assaulted her. Metro reports that the driver works for a subcontractor and is not a Metro employee. As of now, police have issued a warrant for the man's arrest as he will be charged with one count of second degree rape and two counts of second degree sexual offense.
