A Sheboygan, Wisconsin woman has been charged with two counts of narcotics possession after she was revived from an apparent drug overdose. Police and fire personnel responded to the residence where Julie Herron was passed out. In Herron's purse, officers found two pills of Oxycodone and one pill of Percocet, both narcotics. She could face three years in prison as a result.
