Post Office Burglar Pleads Guilty

On Thursday, police say that 33 year old Ralph Ramirez Valenzuela pled guilty to charges of post office burglary.  He also pled guilty to counts of possession of stolen mail and identity theft.

According to documents that were filed with the court, Valenzuela burglarized Post Offices in Lodi and also Woodbridge.  His crimes were committed on January 8th during early morning hours.

Valenzuela was arrested by police and questioned.  While questioned, he told officers that he possessed stolen mail from other Post Office burglaries that had occurred throughout the state of California.  Now, Valenzuela is facing up to 35 year in prison for his five felony charges.  He is expected to receive sentencing in August 2010.
