According to reports, there is store surveillance video that shows her and another woman putting $1,020.08 worth of shoes in their carts. They then allegedly concealed the shoes in shopping bags and cut off electronic theft-prevention tags. The other woman was reportedly stopped by loss-prevention guards which led to the arrests.
