Man Gets Plea Deal in Assault Case

A man in the Durham, New Hampshire area has reportedly pleaded guilty to charges of assault a the University of New Hampshire. As a result of the guilty plea, Eric Hunt had two felony charges dropped. Hunt was charged with kicking a student in 2009 and throwing a package at the victim. Hunt reportedly received a suspended jail sentence and will have to perform 100 hours of community service. He will also have to reportedly take an anger management course.
