A Fairview, West Virginia resident has reportedly pleaded guilty to the charge of bank fraud. According to reports, the woman  has now been sentenced to up to 30 years in prison with a fine of $1 million. In her bank fraud case, the woman reportedly defrauded people out of $319,999 by persuading them to purchase ING annuities and depositing their money into her own accounts. The fraud case reportedly took place between 2005 and 2008. She also reportedly faked account statements to make the people believe they had accounts that actually did not exist.
