For over two decades, Monica Rossi Baylis has successfully resolved family law matters which include divorce, child custody and support, adoption, alimony, paternity, parenting time, personal protection orders, grandparent’s rights, and juvenile guardianships. Her background also includes many years of practice in child protective proceedings including termination of parental rights. Monica Rossi Baylis graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1987 and received her law degree from Wayne State University in 1990. Before joining The Cronin Law Firm she was a sole practitioner with a general practice focusing on family. Her practice has taken her before Michigan’s trial and appellate courts. Her strengths include compassionate yet aggressive representation of clients aimed at achieving the very best results amidst complex and emotionally charged family law issues. Monica Rossi Baylis is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association and has served as a chair of the Juvenile Law Committee. She has also served as an adjunct professor of legal studies at Baker College in Auburn Hills for the last three years.
