Two men that had been arrested for the death of a third man were recently indicted on several violent crime charges. The incident occurred in 2010 when the two men were driving down a street and spotted the victim, B.H., outside his apartment building. B.H. had been standing on the sidewalk in front of the building when the suspects, 21-year-old S.A. and 22-year-old A.E., attacked him. A.E. delivered a fatal gunshot wound to the victim and then both men jumped out of the car and began kicking him. B.H. lie on the ground bleeding and died not long after. The two men, believed to be gang members, were formerly charged by a grand jury for street terrorism, murder and other felony offenses.
