Connecticut Drug Dealer Had Children in Home

In Norwich, Connecticut, police arrested Angel Rodriguez Castillo on Friday.  Castillo was charged with multiple drug possession after federal narcotic agents found crack cocaine and marijuana in the 28 year old man's home. 

Police report that Castillo also had two children in his apartment, where he sold drugs.  After discovering children in the residence, police notified the state Department of Children and Families.  Officers also confiscated $1,500 in cash from the apartment, which is believed to have come from drug sales.  

After his arrest, Castillo was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a minor.

He is due in court on Thursday and is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
