Corey Dillon Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges

In Malibu, California, it is reported that former NFL running back, Corey Dillon, has pled not guilty to charges of driving under the influence.  The former NFL player was arrested in Southern California for DUI in April.  His pleas entered with the Malibu Superior Court this past Monday.

On April 21, Dillon was stopped by police in Calabasas.  Two deputies had been driving north on Mulholland Drive when they saw a red Camaro with paper plates and two male occupants driving directly ahead of them.  They decided to pull the vehicle over and then arrested Dillon on suspicion of DUI of alcohol.

Dillon used to play for two pro teams, the New England Patriots and the Cincinnati Bengals.  On May 1st, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after getting into an altercation with his wife, but charges were never filed due to lack of evidence.

If you have been charged with criminal offenses, it is important that you hire a professional criminal defense attorney who can help you throughout the legal process.
