Man Found with 68 Balloons of Heroin in Duarte, CA

Andrew Lalande, 27, of Monrovia was arrested on Friday, May 7, when he was allegedly found in possession of 68 balloons of heroin in Duarte, CA.

Lalande apparently fell asleep at the wheel of his truck and crashed into a car stopped in front of him. After the accident, witnesses say that they saw Lalande drop something outside of his truck.
