Protester Arrested for Dumping Human Waste in Bank

By Hochheiser & Hochheiser LLP  Mar. 26, 2012 12:57p

One Occupy Wall Street protester has been taken into custody and two additional suspects are being sought by NYC police. 25-year-old J.A. has been arrested on suspicion of dumping a large container of human urine and feces at a Manhattan bank’s ATM location. Less than half an hour previous to the bank incident, a group of protesters was seen dumping several containers of similar foulness into a plaza on the corner of Nassau and Cedar streets. Surveillance cameras captured both incidents and a witness also reported the license plate on the van seen driving away from the bank. This led authorities to J.A. J.A. was recently charged with driving without a license and unlawful possession of noxious matter. He could be facing expensive fines and jail time for this misdemeanor offense.
