A woman in the Port Clinton, Ohio area was taken to the Ottawa County Detention Facility after being involved in a domestic violence matter where she allegedly injured a family member. According to reports, Norma Riojas assaulted a man by pushing him, scratching his face and the leg of a child he was holding. He further told police that he lightly slapped her face, but witnesses state that Riojas and the man only argued. Riojas has been released on her own recognizance.
