A man in the Middletown, Ohio area has reportedly been taken to jail after he broke into cars and businesses and stole candy. Charles Perry reportedly broke into a car shop and stole a box of Tootsie Pops and also broke into a gumball machine. Apparently, the candy is the only thing Perry stole from the location. Now, Perry has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering, seven counts of criminal damaging, one count of criminal mischief and one count of attempted breaking and entering.
