Medical Marijuana Lawyer Files Complaint on Raid

A Denver DEA Special Agent in Charge has replied that Colorado's laws don't address the sale of marijuana and that the operation was near a school, posing a danger. However, he will not be cracking down on dispensaries that profit from medical marijuana in Colorado.
