Ahmed Mohamad Abdrabo and his daughter, Ines Ahmed Abdrabo, were arrested on the accusation of offering cash payment to a woman for marrying their son and brother so he could become a U.S. citizen. Ahemd works for the National Visa Center and reportedly asked a coworker about knowing anyone who would marry his son. A set-up was then created as the incident was reported and the two were arrested.
